Ingredients
* Cooked tiger prawns, 3 per roll
* 1 Lebanese cucumber, seeds removed and diced
* 1 tbsp Heinz SaucySauce, per roll
* Brioche rolls
* Salt to taste
* Melted butter for toasting brioche
* Iceberg lettuce, finely sliced
* Chives, finely sliced
* Fried shallots
Method
1. Dice your prawns into roughly 3 pieces per prawn.
2. In a bowl, mix the prawns with the diced cucumber and dress with Heinz SaucySauce.
3. Butter each side of the brioche roll and toast.
4. Fill the toasted brioche starting with iceberg lettuce and then the dressed prawns. Garnish with chives and fried shallots.
5. Enjoy!
