Not only are the prawns not cleaned properly, but the way that they are cooked is terrible…they will be so hard and rubbery. Plus just dumping them into the pot of plain rice..what is the sense in this? Neither is it a biryani, nor is it a nicely cooked. Really awful. Such a waste of expensive seafood.
