PRAWNS CURRY|| कोळंबी ची भाजी|| PRAWN RECIPES ||SEAFOOD RECIPES

This Prawn curry is an authentic prawn curry, made from basic ingredients and traditional way.
There is no use of readymade masala, it is completely made from homemade masala, and best recipe for home cook’s .

INGREDIENTS:
500 GMS. PRAWNS
1/2. FRESH COCONUT
5-6. DRY RED CHILLIES
10-15. GARLIC PODS
1 INCH. GINGER
2 TBS. CHOPPED
CORIANDER
2 PIECES. KOKAM
2-3 TBS. RED CHILLI
POWDER
1/4th TSP. TURMERIC POWDER
4-5 TBS. OIL

PROCEDURE:
1) CLEAN THE PRAWNS AND KEEP ASIDE.
2) IN A MIXER TAKE COCONUT, COARINDER, GARLIC, GINGER, TOMATOES, KOKAM AND SOAKED RED CHILLIES.
3) GRIND THEM WELL INTO A FINE PASTE.
4) HEAT OIL AND ADD RED CHILLI POWER, FOLLOWED BY THE GRINDED PASTE.
5) COOK WELL TILL THE MASALA LEAVES OIL.
6) THEN ADD TURMERIC, COARINDER POWDER, AND SALT.
7) COOK FOR ANOTHER 10 MINUTES.
8) NOW ADD PRAWNS AND COOK FOR 10 MORE MINS.
9) NOW ADD 1.5 CUPS HOT WATER AND BRING IT TO BOIL.
10) FURTHER COOK ON LOW FLAME FOR 5 MIN.
11) PRAWN CURRY IS READY!!
