Ingredients (Prawns Marination Preparation):-

Chilly Powder – 1/2 tsp
Turmeric Powder – 1/4 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 tsp
Garam Masala – 1/4 tsp
Sambar Masala – 1/4 tsp
Rice Flour – 1 tsp
Salt – 1 tsp

Ingredients (Main Preparation) :-

Prawns (Marinated), peeled and deveined – 1/2 kg
Coconut Oil – 2 Tbsp
Mustard Seeds/Rai – 1 tsp
Curry Leaves – Handful
Ginger, Garlic, and Green Chilly Paste – 1 tsp each
Onions (chopped) – 1 cup
Salt – As per taste
Tomatoes (chopped) – 1 cup
Coriander and Mint Paste – 1/2 cup
Garam Masala – 1 tsp
