Kiwi’n Kale Smoothie
1 cup almond milk
1 cup kale stems and leaves
1 kiwi fruit, peeled
1 Tbsp nut butter
1 tsp agave nectar, honey or maple syrup
1 scoop greens plus
Get energized with some protein-packed green power! Combining veggies and fruit in a milk smoothie is a sweet way to do it. Kale is rich in nutrients, including vitamins A, C and K; calcium; and iron.
Strawberry oatmeal smoothie
1 Almond milk
½-1 cup frozen strawberries
½ cup plain yogurt
1 banana
½ cup oats
1 Tbs honey
1 scoop protein powder
Consuming a banana during a workout is as beneficial as a sports drink. Plus,bananas provide antioxidants, potassium and other nutritional benefits.

Can you do the strawberry one as a pre workout ?
It tastes good but I replace it with kale cuz that's what I have and I replace the almond milk with water it still tastes good thank you more recipe God bless
