I made this using those hard sourdough pretzels you can break a tooth on (plus some of those honey wheat twists). The crushed sourdoughs were in big crunchy pieces and the result was SOOO good
My kids loved pork chops when they were little. Except they called them mystery chops, because you never knew what I breaded them in. Was it saltine crackers, honey nut Cheerios, pretzels or whatever else I could find and try. Every time I made them, I just know it was a fun dinner spent with family!
