Even though you've said that you usually shy away from things like this it's something about your energy and your passion for food that leads me to just see you being successful in such a endeavor. I'm glad it worked out😊
I had my own catering business 2020-2021. I learned so much but burned out because i did everything myself with little to no help with also managing a blog and personal chef services. I would highly recommend getring some staff if you can especially as you grow. I hope youe business thrives and you get rhe support you need to grow! Yes its very different when u have to cook for a crowd. Lots of timz management wirh different moving parts. Been watching you for awhile and super happy to see you trying our something new.
