priya staring at her dad when he tastes her food is so relatable 😂

“this burner is always a problem” BANG “that always works”😏
Delaney, I'm in my 60's so I have a theory about that onion. If one or both of your parents have arthritis, like I do, it can make certain kinds of kitchen maneuvers a lot more awkward and dangerous than in life before arthritis, so some things have to be done differently. I'd also like to take this opportubity to alert fit young men, when shaking hands with older women, to PLEASE do so gently….I've been forced to cry out and embarass myself more than once because someone with the forearmms of Thanos felt impelled to keep his Machismo on….(you really don't nneed that with us Nanas…)
Avocado just lying around L.A type beat

this video is such a relic of its time
I really miss the old staff
I keep thinking it so I wanna SAY it…during OUR darkest months the OTHER side of the planet has it's BRIGHTEST months, so that's when they grow the brightest citrus, etc…that's why citrus is "in season" in January…LOVE YOU ANDY! You ARE a Siamese cat! Hey, How about more spice episodes? Love the way you describe spices!
they aren't chefs tho
the way i base my personality off of claire’s and sohla’s pasta to this day lmaoo
Can you make custom cereal?
Molly would not be happy with that amount of salt.
This video gives me so much early COVID nostalgia. It's weird that that's a cozy thing
When Carla's son says, good one. I laughed just like she did.
DID HE MAKE SOPA SECA???
Thanks for this video
Brad, is this your place? It's not Connecticut, is it? Where is this?
I swear, pasta water is the most magical thing when added to sauces.
Man, I miss the old BA video team. I wish poor management hadn't ruined everything and everyone had been paid right in the first place.
Last year we started trying the anchovy/garlic method Chris showed for our normal spaghetti and ommmggg. Its subtle but you can tell the difference. It gives the sauce some depth. We refuse to make spaghetti unless we have a jar of chovys around. If you got some salty anchovys you might have to pull back on the salt some when seasoning. Try it!
Absolutely everyone used red pepper flakes in their pasta xd
I miss Molly Baz.
Someone as serious as Chris having such delightfully chaotic kids is karmic justice, well done 👏👏👏
Amiel's crooked stove lefts him use his pan more like a wok…
The brown butter lemon pasta
Sounds delicious! I would add broccoli
Or something else green, like asparagus
Or artichoke.
I am watching this in Feb 2022. I am struck by how the "make what you have" vibe of the early pandemic really takes me back to that time when this was new and novel and we were still optimistic this would be short-lived.
this was so enjoyable!!
Of course Andy would name so of the most arcane pasta shapes 🤯. I will agree, Meyer lemons make anything better that calls for lemons.
I've made Claire's chickpea pasta SO MUCH. highly recommend!
Rick Martinez look like andy minus nice kitchen
one word molly, just stop

Pasta with butter and cheese just like Gaby made has been a comfort food for me since childhood 😭 I love to see it 💙
