A sirloin is great too. It's a denser leaner steak but if you marinate it in Dale's and Worcestershire sauce for a few hours it tenderizes it and it's really good grilled. McCormick's Montreal steak seasoning is good too.

Nice grill, Portable Kitchen I believe. A butcher told me the blade steak is the best kept secret in meat market. Never tried any.
What about a porterhouse or strip steak. I think this is her favorite steak not necessarily the best.

At todays prices your point well taken. Lady is right tho re the Denver Steak. They are often VERY well marbled, good beefy flavor. Cut across the grain, price is right on them.

Personally I like a 32 oz Porterhouse or a filet about 2-3” thick. I don’t want one that has been trimmed down with all the fat removed. When you stick your fork in it it kinda twitches but doesn’t moo. Perfect

For beef yes those are three choices but you need to try a pork steak or what they call a picnic steak it is a thick chop but prepped and cooked properly more tasty and more tender than beef
