  1. I haven’t finished the video yet but how is a pork butt magically get turned into a ham? They’re from the same animal but are two different cuts of meat. It’s like calling fatback a ham or bacon a ham. After all, they’re both smoked.

    I’ll keep watching to see where this lunacy leads….

  2. It's probably been discussed in past family visit videos, but I'd love to know what Bradley's contributions to Mom's kitchen are… The items that he doesn't travel with but considers the bare minimum to facilitate cooking away from his home arsenal.
