One scoop of protein powder is approximately 25 g of protein. One egg is approximately 6 g of protein. That's only 30 g of protein. Not 44 g of protein which is in your nutrition bar.
Would love to try this but at almost 500 calories? OUCH. I assume that is coming from the high cal hawaiian bread rolls. Has anyone tried low cal bread cut into pieces?

I just made this with two Schmidt 647 hogie rolls and its definately going to replace my anabolic french toast. I really like the texture of this and its a lot easier to make. I might try adding a serving of greek yogurt for some extra protein.
