🥣 The Protein Breakfast Smoothie Bowl: Banana-Strawberry & Honey Almond. This is the high protein breakfast smoothie where brilliant banana and sensational strawberry meets a sweet honey Almond.

– 30% banana, 30% strawberry, 15% almond, 10% honey, 15% granola

➡️ Execution:
– Time: 13 Minutes
– Macros: 490 Calories / 54g Protein
-Serving Size: 1 athletic man, 2 kids, or 1.25 women

✔️ Specs:
Base
2 Oz Milk
1/2 Cup Greek Yogurt
1/2 Tbs Honey
1.5 Scoops Protein Powder
1 Tbs Almond Flour
1/2 Tbs Banana Jello
1/2 Banana
1/2 Cup Strawberry
1 Cup Ice

Toppings:
2 Tbs Granola

Directions:

1️⃣ Add all base ingredients to a blender.
2️⃣ Blend 30-45 seconds. Add toppings.
3️⃣ Spoon it and enjoy 💪🏼

*Optional:
1️⃣ 2 Tbs cheerios for extra honey nut flavor.
2️⃣ 1/4 Tsp Xanthan Gum for extra thickness.
3️⃣ 1 Tbs Coconut flour for extra thickness.
