Chocolate Protein Shake Recipe
A rich, creamy, and naturally sweet protein shake — perfect for a healthy boost!

Ingredients:

1 tablespoon peanut butter
2–3 dates (pitted)
1 scoop chocolate-flavored protein powder
1 cup cold milk (dairy or plant-based)
