46 grams of protein prepped in 5 mins!! meal prepping smoothie bags is one of my favorite ways to get ready for the week because you can use any ingredients you have, pack in the nutrients, and really ensure you have an easy, healthy snack ready to go when you need it.
in my smoothie bag:
• 1/2 cup mango
• 1/2 cup strawberry
• 1 handful spinach
• 1 tbsp chia seeds
• 1 serving @cleansimpleeats vanilla protein (code JORDO for a discount)
• 1 tbsp hemp hearts
• optional: 1 tbsp brewers yeast (if breastfeeding)
when ready to make add:
• 1/2 cup vanilla greek yogurt
• 1 cup @fairlife milk
• optional: peanut butter
I’m breastfeeding right now so i’m trying to pack in the protein & nutrients so this is perfect when I need something quick & delicious!
