I just got 5lbs of snow crab legs, think im going to give this a shot. Going to use Hank cause hot sauce. I dont have the same hot sauce as you, but i am excited. That looks awesome.
Can you do a video comparing the flavor of steamed vs boiled crab? Iโm curious how much flavor might be lost in the water if you boil it & if steaming it makes it taste better or if thereโs not any difference. & Iโm talking about boiling in just water alone I donโt mean it in the Cajun boil type sense of the word like what you did in this video, I just mean boiled in pure water vs steamed. I saw a video of a chef in a restaurant saying how they only steam because he claims it keeps more flavor in the crab or lobster but I have no idea if thereโs any truth to it or not
IMO, I like hot sauce but not on good seafood like this. Butter, garlic and maybe a little Old Bay. Otherwise I feel youโre covering up the somewhat delicate delicious flavor of the seafood. Now on Oysters yea a little bit is fine.
Get all that plastic in there baby
Why sausage in a sea boil?
I love watching your videos, but I never tried King crab!!! LOOKS SO GOOD
Calling seasoning โJ-Oโ and putting it on your food is wild

Lose the ginger and you might have a pretty hardy seafood dish right there. Probably can't even taste the ginger, but I just hate it lol
butter or margarine..?

Seafood people: "I spent time making a sauce to toss onto the shells only to break them open and eat what is inside without tasting the sauce I made."
Looks dynamite
Damn adding gochujang lowkey smart as hell. That tangy sweet spice to really thicken it up.
That's really ๐๐
