Stone claws are best steamed like Maryland Blues, then dusted with Louisiana Crab/Crawfish boil powder to rest 5-20 minutes in a cooler. The spices liquify and are drawn in to the cooling meat. Anytime I can help, let me know.😮🤣🤩

Try blue land crabs. They're popping up in florida and their meat is unique, much richer than most aquatic crabs and the huge claws are packed with meat.

Those were what we called floaters. The shitty claws sold to tourists. Way poor quality. Eat them at a restaurant in season in Florida and I'd choke a new born for some.
