A quick and easy garlic bread made with puff pastry dough.
Ingredients:
1 Puff Pastry Dough Sheet
1/4 Cup Softened Butter
2 Teaspoons Minced Garlic (2 Cloves)
1 Teaspoon Parsley Flakes
1 Teaspoon Oregano
1/2-1 Teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
1/2 Cup Shredded Muenster or Mozzarella Cheese
1/4 Cup Parmesan
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400F. Thaw puff pastry sheet according to package instructions. Slice sheet in half to make two rectangles. Place on a parchment lined baking sheet. Score about 1/2 an inch along the edges. Bake 10 minutes.
2. Meanwhile, in a bowl, combine the butter, garlic, cheeses, parsley, oregano, and red pepper flakes. Mix together until well combined. Carefully spread the mixture over the puff pastry rectangles, being careful not to cross the score line. Bake again 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and edges are golden brown. Serve warm.
