1 1/2 lbs Ground Beef
2 C Cooked Pulled Pork -chopped, no sauce
1/2 lb Bacon – cooked & crumbled
3 Slices Whole Wheat Bread -toasted & crumbled
1 Medium Onion – diced
1/2 C Milk
2 Eggs
3/4 C BBQ Sauce – divided
2 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Onion Powder
1 tsp Ground Mustard
Salt & Pepper to taste
Mix crumbled bread with milk and let sit 10 minutes to soak
in a large bowl mix ground beef, pulled pork, bacon, onion, bread mixture, eggs,
1/2 C BBQ sauce, garlic powde4r4, onion powder, ground mustard, salt & pepper
Mix until well combined.
Shape and place on a lined baking pan.
Top with remaining 1/4 cup of BBQ sauce.
Bake @ 375 F for 50 – 60 minutes
