    A fellow actually gets a bang 4 his buck. I smoke em' often using Apple Wood. But I must confess….. For years I thought a Boston Butt was just that, a pork butt-cheek🤣
    Later found out it was the shoulder.

  2. I hadn’t tried any of your rubs, but Killer Hogs was out of stock, and I recognized your faces on the Pork Privilege bottle.
    Just did a 12 pound shoulder with it, 15 hours in the smoker, butcher paper wrapped at 170.
    The rub is outstanding, it made this shoulder “the best pulled pork you’ve ever made” according to my wife. It’s got familiar BBQ pork flavours, and then almost like an Italian pork roast spice profile worked in perfectly.

  3. Toss a block of ur favorite cheese on foil and let it smoke at low temp for about a hour. Adds the bam to them BBQ sandwiches. I put my block in the freezer for a hour to chill it down. Much love from Daytona beach. Fl.
