I USED TO BAKE THIS ABOUT 25 YEARS AGO. I WOULD BAKE 3 —ONE AT A TIME OF COURSE, BECAUSE THAT'S ABOUT HOW MANY YOU GET FROM ONE CAN OF PUMPKIN. I WOULD THEN WRAP VERY WELL IN PLASTIC WRAP AND HEAVY DUTY FOIL AND FREEZE..
PUMPKIN PIE IS MY FAVORITE, SO HAVING THIS IN THE FREEZER, AND AVAILABLE BY THE SLICE WHENEVER I WAS IN THE MOOD MADE LIFE YUMMY.
THIS FREEZES BEAUTIFULLY.
