【Beef Tofu Meatball Soup】

Ingredients: Beef 200g tofu 500g 500g vegetables
Onion 50g 50g ginger soy 10ml 20g salt 1 egg starch 20g

step:
1. Mince beef; mash tofu; mince green onion and ginger;
2. Add salt, soy sauce, egg and starch to the above ingredients, stir well and marinate for 10 minutes;
3. Add water to the pot, add ginger, add salt, and boil;
4. Add vegetables and cook, scoop up;
5. Turn to low heat, pinch the balls into the pot with your hands;
6. Boil on high heat for 10 minutes;
7. The delicious beef tofu balls are ready.

【牛肉豆腐丸子湯】
配料：牛肉200g豆腐500g蔬菜500g
蔥50g姜50g醬油10ml鹽20g雞蛋1個澱粉20g

步驟：
1.牛肉剁碎；豆腐搗碎；蔥薑剁碎；
2.以上配料加入鹽、醬油、雞蛋、澱粉，充分攪拌均勻，醃製10分鐘；
3.鍋中加水，加薑絲，加鹽，煮沸；
4.加入蔬菜煮熟，撈起；
5.轉小火，用手捏丸子放入鍋中；
6.大火煮10分鐘；
7.美味的牛肉豆腐丸子好了。
