In this episode, I didn’t intend to make pasta from scratch but just to cook with what I have at home. I still have purple cabbage and flour, and because I’ve never made pasta before, this is my first time making it. It’s not perfect, but the important thing is that my family liked it. They ate it all and even cleared their plates ♥️

Purple Pasta:
Ingredients:
• 600g flour
• 400g purple cabbage
• 2 eggs
• 4 cloves garlic
• 1 tbsp butter
• Olive oil
• Granulated mushroom (optional)
• Salt and pepper to taste
• Parmesan cheese (for topping)

Instructions:
1. Bring water to a boil in a pan.
2. Blend cabbage and 2 eggs.
3. Mix with flour and knead until the dough is not sticky, adding more flour if needed.
4. Cut into pieces with scissors and place them into the boiling water, boil for a few moments.
5. In a pan, heat olive oil and butter, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
6. Add the boiled pasta, season to taste, mix well.
7. Serve the pasta topped with Parmesan cheese
