I used your recipe tonight. Best zucchini bread I have ever made. Hubby loved it.
Cantaloupe shakes are great. You can use vanilla bean icecream, french vanilla ice cream or frozen vanilla yogurt. Make it like a regular shake.
Does anyone know what sugar replacement you can use? And how much?

Raisins aren't listed on the original recipe that's attached in the description. 🤔 It's just nuts. 🙄How much raisins go into this, or is it at my discretion? I guess it is bc it doesn't say. ☺ 😋
Are those Raisins? Miss Paula you roast your nuts before adding them to your recipes dontcha? I like the raw uncooked almost boiled flavor of raw nuts in my banana bread or bran muffins but no raisins in my bread cuz that zucchini is mild flavored.
