Ingredients:
1 lb (450g) beef (thinly sliced or ground)
3 cups cooked rice (preferably day-old)
1 cup mixed vegetables (Leeks, carrots,)
2 eggs, lightly beaten
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 small onion, diced
2 tbsp vegetable oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Green onions and sesame seeds for garnish (optional)

Instructions:
Prepare the Beef: Season the beef with a pinch of salt and pepper. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat. Add the beef and cook until browned. Remove from the pan and set aside.

Cook the Vegetables: In the same pan, add another tablespoon of oil. Sauté the garlic and onion until fragrant. Add the mixed vegetables and stir-fry until tender.

Scramble the Eggs: Push the vegetables to one side of the pan and pour the beaten eggs into the other side. Scramble the eggs until fully cooked.

Combine and Cook: Add the cooked rice to the pan, breaking up any clumps. Return the beef to the pan and pour in the soy sauce and oyster sauce. Stir everything together until well combined and heated through.

Serve: Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds if desired. Enjoy your quick and easy beef fried rice!
Tips:
Use Day-Old Rice: Using rice that’s been cooked and chilled overnight helps to achieve the perfect texture.
Customize: Feel free to add or substitute your favorite vegetables or proteins.
