Quick and Easy Chicken Stir Fry Recipe | On the table in 20 minutes!



Quick Chicken Stir Fry! This easy Chicken and veggie stir fry is a quick mid-week meal with a kick of chilli heat that you can get on the table in less than 20 minutes including the homemade stir fry sauce! Perfect for busy weekdays.

Ingredients:
3 chicken breast fillets sliced into bite-size pieces
2 tbsp cornflour/cornstarch
pinch of salt
pinch of pepper
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 cup sugar snap peas/snow peas
1 yellow pepper deseeded and sliced
1 red pepper deseeded and sliced
2 cloves of garlic peeled and minced
4 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp Chinese rice vinegar
3 tbsp brown sugar
3 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
2 tbsp tomato ketchup
1 bunch spring onions/scallions chopped
1 small red chilli deseeded and sliced

To serve:
Boiled rice or noodles

What i rrally love is thw clear instructions and quantities, ie. 1.5 teaspoons of spice, not a pinch or just add in spice.   2. Made this tonight and it was delicious- I made the sauce ahead of time and took about a half a cup of it and marinated the chicken with it for a bit just to give the chicken a little more flavor-Thank you for sharing your recipe
