  3. Thanks for saying this dish from Hunan province😂😂, just want to say we really don’t have this dish in Hunan province 🤣!
    I think the reason it called Hunan dish is because it taste hot and spicy, yes we love chilis, we put a lot fresh chili in our dish! One thing need to mention we barely use dry chili but use fresh chili more often! Thanks 🙏
