Human beef lmao, that will be fitting for China as cannibalism is rampant there during the bad times.

I think the reason it called Hunan dish is because it taste hot and spicy, yes we love chilis, we put a lot fresh chili in our dish! One thing need to mention we barely use dry chili but use fresh chili more often! Thanks 🙏

Glad you have the cumin in this recipe with the ginger, garlic, onions and chili. The cumin is what makes it 'Hunan' style. Your knife skills are impressive!!
