Quick and Easy Snack | Healthy Dessert Cup



My new dessert obsession ✨

This super easy and creamy dessert cup is addicting and definitely one of my new favorite snacks.

Ingredients:
3/4 cup plain yogurt (190 g)
3 tbsp peanut butter
1 tbsp maple syrup (or honey)
For the top cocoa layer:
10 g cacao (1 tbsp + 1 tsp)
30 ml water (2 tbsp)
1/2 tsp maple syrup (or other sweetener)

Instructions:
1. In a mixing bowl, combine yogurt, peanut butter, and maple syrup. Stir until smooth and well-blended.
Dip each cookie into milk (regular or plant-based) just before layering.
3. Layer a dipped cookie in the serving dish, then spread a layer of the yogurt mixture on top.
4. Continue alternating cookies and the yogurt mixture until the dish is filled.
5. In a separate small bowl, mix cocoa powder with a water and sweetener until smooth.
6. Spread the cocoa cream evenly over the top layer.
7. Refrigerate the dessert for about half an hour and enjoy!

  1. "Healthy" this is like 500 calories and over half of that is from the 3 tbsp of peanut butter. Idk what healthy is supposed to mean in this context i guess but this not macro friendly in the slightest. You could probably sub out the peanut butter for PB Fit powder or some equivalent which could drop this by 150-200 calories. Use greek yogurt and stevia. You also didnt specify what cookie to use. I think labeling this as healthy is misleading because this is a pretty calorie dense dessert all things considered and you could enjoy a similar dessert that isnt considered healthy and it would probably fit into your diet just as well.
