I made this four times, and it never came out this way. After I creamed most of the cottage cheese, then adjusted the temperature it did better. It looks good, so Iβll keep trying. Also, added 1/2 tsp hot pepper flakes and 1 tbsp Italian seasoning. The taste was great. If I can get the texture right, Iβll be pleased.
