INSTRUCTIONS/RECIPES
-Beef 550 gram
-Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
-Coriander powder 1 tsp
-Cumin powder 1 tsp
-Black pepper powder ¼ tsp
-Soy sauce 2 tsp
-A pinch of salt
-Mix it well
-Marinate overnight or at least 2-3 hours
-Set aside
-Tomato catchup 2 tbsp
-Oyster sauce 1 tsp
-Soy sauce 2 tsp
-White Vinegar 1 tsp
-Sugar 1.½ tsp
-Mix to make a sauce
-Set aside
-Cornflour 2 tbsp
-Water 1 cup
-Mix it well
-Set aside
-Butter 50 gram
-Chopped garlic 1 tbsp
-Sauté for a min on low heat
-Marinated beef
-Sauté for 3-4 mins on med heat
-Cover and cook for 30-40 mins on low heat (stir occasionally)
-Onion 2 cups
-Sauté for a min on high heat
-Sauce (prepared earlier)
-Chili flex 1 tsp
-Green chilies
-Mix it well
-Cover and cook for 2 mins on low heat
-Cornflour slurry
-Mix it well
-Ready to be served
