270g (9.5 oz) boneless and skinless chicken, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp premium dark soy sauce
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp Chinese cooking wine aka Shaoxing Huatiao wine
A few dashes of white pepper
1 tbsp cornflour or cornstarch

Other Ingredients:
1 medium-sized red onion, sliced
2 cloves garlic, chopped
½ lemon, sliced (remove seeds)
Juice of ½ lemon1 tsp sugar
A handful of Chinese parsley (cilantro), roughly chopped
