Quick Grilled Red Sea Bream Recipe

Ingredients:
• 1 whole Red Sea Bream (cleaned and gutted)
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tbsp garlic paste (or crushed garlic)
• 1 tsp paprika
• 1/2 tsp ground cumin
• Salt, to taste
• Fresh coriander (optional)

Instructions:
1. Preheat the Grill: Heat your grill or oven to medium-high heat (around 200°C or 400°F).
2. Prepare the Fish: Pat the cleaned Red Sea Bream dry with a paper towel.
3. Season: In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic paste, paprika, cumin, and salt. Rub this mixture all over the fish, inside and out.
4. Grill: Place the fish on the grill or in the oven, cooking for about 15-20 minutes, or until the fish is fully cooked and flakes easily with a fork.
5. Serve: Garnish with fresh coriander, if desired, and serve immediately.
