I love making this keto blueberry smoothie on mornings I feel like I am running behind and donβt have time to make breakfast. Putting protein powder in this smoothie really helps to keep me full until lunchtime and transforms this into a full meal replacement.
Blueberries are a superfood, so this smoothie has some great nutritional properties. Blueberries are a great source of vitamin C and a fantastic source of antioxidants, too. Instead of making a plain protein shake after working out, you could make this instead – though I still prefer it for breakfast!

Is the protein powder you use unflavoured or is it vanilla?
Hey thanks again
Hey I have a request I'm from Australia years ago we had a product by Kraft and it was "braised steak and onions" and it was the only decent one on the market but they deleted it and there is an uprising with many signatures still being presented for production again. It was great on toast and I think most campers always kept it on board for their toasted sandwiches on the camp fire, so I was wondering if you guys could make a Keto braised steak and onions recipe that can be stored frozen or or jared etc and it has to be thick in texture so it doesn't run out of toasted sandwiches when eating. Please tell me what you think and if you do it maybe post as "Campfire braised steak and onion toasties (Jaffles)"
Cheers Gary
