Quick & easy overnight oats with fruit.

Oatmeal is a great breakfast option for weight loss, as it’s filled with fiber to keep you full for hours and stave off cravings. Even better, it goes really well with fresh fruits and plant-based milks, which will give you natural energy to start the day.

To prepare, combine 1/2 cup of rolled oats with 1/2 cup almond milk and 1/4 non-fat Greek yogurt, and stir well to completely immerse the oats. Store in the fridge overnight. The next morning, top with fresh fruits and a little cinnamon for a sweet finishing touch.

This is our favorite overnight oats recipe, made with just 4 ingredients and a touch of vanilla. This easy overnight oatmeal is a healthy breakfast that you can make ahead for busy mornings.

Overnight oats are a staple in our house, and while I love trying out different flavor variations, this recipe is our go-to favorite. Because it is THE BEST and THE EASIEST. And when it’s 10pm and we’re exhausted from the day, we need easy, right?
