Hormone balancing smoothies do not have to be complicated. All you really need is just whole foods. Check out the super simple recipe in this video. You can use it for general hormone support, including fertility, menstrual cramps, PMS, menopause, estrogen dominance, adrenal fatigue and for thyroid support. Smoothies are great for any time of day – great as a hormone-friendly breakfast and also great to drink in the afternoon as a light snack.
You’ll also notice that the hormone balance powders – such as maca and ashwagandha – are optional. Use them if you want, but don’t stress out if you don’t have them.
Lastly, you can include seed cycling ingredients in the smoothie if you want.
The key to balancing your hormones naturally with food is consistency. So, with smoothies, you have to make them a daily habit. When combined with a whole food diet, smoothies can make it easier for you to reset your hormones.
