My fresh amul cream fid not get fluffly & my pudding remained liquidy
I USED AMUL CREAM BUT IT DID NOT BECOME THICK EVEN AFTER WHISKING IT .WILL MY PUDDING BECOME WATERY BECSUSE OF THIS CREAM
Good recipe came out well. But finding the detailed recipe is complicated.
I tried this today, but is disappointed. The custard didn't become thick and the whole pudding didn't set. It was all liquid.

Heat 1.5 cup milk
Paste .5 cup cold milk + 2 T cstd pdr
Add .5 cup sugar to boiling milk
Pour paste to boiling milk
Boil 2 min constantly on low flame.
Cool it. Kp aside
Add 300 gm cream/ whip cream whip it 4 min
Add .25 cup sugar to it n whip agn
Blend 3- 4 mangoes. If sour add 2-3 T sugar n blend
Add mango puree to totally cooled custard to avoid watery custard.
In serving dish place any biscuits dipped in half cup milk & line up 1 layer
Put custard layer atop using half qtty.
Now pour whip cream.
Rpt agn biscuit layer then custard layer last whip cream layer.
Deck wt mango pcs
Chill 2- 3 hours
