  1. Okay, so a few quirks here to folks watching –
    1. Do NOT de-seed your tomatoes – if you do that, you are insulting all the Italian grandmothers.
    2. Olive oil is very expensive & very important in a kitchen that makes Italian mother sauces of any kind – so don't add olive oil when cooking pasta. In fact, your water boiling the pasta must be filled with salt/kosher salt & should taste like the sea – the salt in pasta water decides how good your pasta will be. Flash freeze it when you don't want to cook further or baste it in olive oil once you've drained the water to avoid sticking. You will that way at least still have the oil – if you added the oil in the water, DON'T THROW THE WATER.
    3. Basil is way better than parsley
    4. Use mozzarella more than parmesan

    Lastly,
    5. DON'T WASTE OLIVE OIL, IT IS AN INSULT

  2. i messed up , took alot of pasta and vert little sauced misjudged for 1serving also accidentally put more chilli flakes my sauce didnt mixed well too with the pasta , there were tomato pulps in the sauce probably should have boiled longer . thought this was a easy recipe for my first cook , nevermind i wont give up nextime i will try even more precise and be carefully , i hate wasting food so still trying to finish it !!!!
