This video is for the ones who want a quick and easy recipe for Authentic Pork Vindaloo. This is an East Indian Style Vindaloo that uses just a few ingredients like chillies, cumin, turmeric and garlic. Pork meat is first marinated with salt and set aside for a few hours to bring out its flavours. To keep the recipe quick and easy we have used 2 types of chilli powder, cumin and tumeric powder. These powders are blended with vinegar and garlic to make an authentic vindaloo masala paste. The paste is added to the meat and left to marinate for a few hours and then cooked on medium heat.

Ingredients
Pork (Boneless) – 1 kg
Salt – 1 tbsp (add to meat & then rinse + 1/2 tbsp for cooking)
Vindaloo Masala Paste –
Garlic – 3 pods (peeled)
Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder – 1 tbsp
Spicy Red Chilli powder – 2 tbsp
Cumin powder – 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder – 1/2 tbsp
Vinegar – 1/2 cup (if vinegar is too strong use lesser quantity)
