Quick & Tasty Macaroni Pasta/ Pasta Recipe/ Indian Style Macaroni Pasta



Masala Pasta

Ingredients
Oil – 1 teaspoon
Pasta – 2 cups
Butter – 1½ tbl spoon
Chopped garlic – 5
Green chilli – 1
Onion – 1
Paste of 2 tomatoes
Chilli powder – ½ teaspoon
Salt
Tomato ketchup – 2 tbl spoon
Red chilli sauce – 1 tbl spoon
Fresh cream – 4 tbl spoon
Pepper – ¼ teaspoon
Mixed herbs – ½ teaspoon (optional)

Omg first time i have made something from the internet successfully….i have never been successfully satisfied with internet recipes but this one was the bomb for me……although I added half a cup of milk with cream and a taste maker and some cheese, it turned out great…. so happy finally writing this comment on a recipe….thanks so much…

  2. Hmmm… I would prefer not to put cream (Italian hardly use cream for their cooking), but keep some of the cooking water of macaroni, an adding in the same step as cream, this water with the starch of pasta in it, gives this creamy texture you're looking for
