Quick & Tender Pork Bistek Recipe!

INGREDIENTS:
1 kilo pork belly, sliced into bitel-sized pieces
2 tbsp of vegetable oil
1 medium onion, sliced
6 cloves of garlic, chopped
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste

3 tbsp of soy sauce
3 tbsp of oyster sauce
Water to submerged the meat
3 tbsp of lemon juice
2 dried bay leaves
2 tsp of brown sugar

1 tsp of vegetable oil
1/2 tsp of dark soy sauce
1 medium red onion, cut into rings
