Ingredients and method 
For marination 
Ginger garlic paste 3 Tbsps.
Red chilli powder 1 Tbsp.
Chilli flakes 1 and 1/2 tsp.
Turmeric powder 1 tsp.
Salt 1 Tbsp.
All spice/garam masala 1 Tbsp.
Coriander powder 1 Tbsp.
Cumin powder 1 Tbsp.
Lemon juice 3 Tbsps.
Yogurt 1/4th cup.
Oil 2 Tbsps.
Mix well.
Take Lamb leg 2kg.
Apply deep cuts on both sides.
Marinate overnight .
Add in large wok ,remember to add the leftover marinate. 
Water 1/4th cup.
Apply soft dough on edges of wok.
Cover with lid. Place heavy object. 
Cook on low flame for 1.5 to 2 hours.
Check with knife if its tender then changes sides cook on high flame and if 80 to 90% cooked as in my case then cover again after changing the side, I cooked for 25minutes more.
Preheat the charcoal,  pour few drops of oil ,cover for 5 minutes. 
Remember to apply all the marination mixture on leg whil3 cooking in last.
I served with baked potato wedges .
