It is a common problem. If the filling is soggy , you need to saute sometime more until dry consistency appears. The Radhaballavi turned out good. It taste like kachaori. I like to ask Milli what is the difference between Kachaori and Radhaballavi ?

Yes I know this is common problem. The dough ball center should be little ticker than the outer side.Check my video at 4:53
I have a big problem… when I try to make Radha ballavi or dalpuri ,, stuffing allways came out from . what is the tips for not came out stuffing from mayda ( maydaa lechi)..??
