If you ever come across blue spirulina you can make a pretty bright blue layer without dye! It doesn’t affect the flavor in smoothies much I’ve found and it adds extra protein. I’ve heard adding too much can make things taste seaweedy, but I’ve only had spirulina stuff from restaurants/shops so I've never experienced that.
Thx for explaining all the colors! I would honestly love everything they’re except maybe the green layer…😅
