Tandoori Chicken Fajita Pocket – Ingredients 📝
For Chicken Filling:

½ kg boiled & shredded chicken
2 tbsp oil
2 tsp finely chopped garlic
½ tsp salt (adjust to taste)
½ tsp crushed black pepper
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp crushed red chilli
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp roasted cumin powder
2 tsp tandoori masala (optional)
1 cup capsicum (shimla mirch), sliced
1 cup onion, sliced
Juice of ½ lemon
For Creamy Cheesy Mix:
¾ cup fresh cream / malai (≈150 g)
or mayonnaise (optional substitute)
1 cup mozzarella cheese or processed cheese (optional)

For Pockets:
Bread slices (as required)

For Sealing Slurry:
2 tbsp maida (all-purpose flour)
3–4 tbsp water

For Coating:
Eggs (4–5 approx, as required)
1 cup milk
1 tsp salt
1 tsp crushed red chilli
Bread crumbs (as required)👉🏻👉🏻

or 1 cup maida + 2 cup water+ ½ tsp salt and chilli flakes

For Frying:
Oil (for deep frying)

  2. Your videos/recipes are fine. Your Hindi/Urdu too is fine then why so many English words in a sentence. Your viewers all seem to comment in Hindi too, then why Angrezi?
    The funny part is you are fluent in Hindi especially towards the end of the video. There are subtitles for viewers who don't know Hindi.
