Ingredient:
*** For dough ***
-All purpose flour ( Maida ) 2 cup
-Salt ( Namak ) 1/2 tsp
-Oil ( Tail ) 1/4 tbsp
-Water as required ( Paani zaroorat hisaab )

*** For filling ***
– Oil ( Tail ) 3 tbsp
– Onions ( Pyaaz ) 1/2 cup
– Mutton Mince ( Qeema ) 250 gram
– Ginger-garlic paste ( Adrak-Lahsun paste) 1 tsp
– Salt ( Namak ) 1/2 tsp
-Coriander Powder ( Dhaniya Powder ) 1 tsp
– Turmeric Powder ( Haldi powder ) 1/2 tsp
– Garam Masla 1/2 tsp
– Red Chilli powder ( Lal mirch powder ) 1 tsp
– Green chilli paste ( Hari Mirch ) 1 tsp
– Water ( Pani ) 1/2 cup
– Lemon Juice 2 tsp
– Coriander leaves ( Dhaniya Patti )

Direction:
*** For dough ***
– Take flour in bowl add water gradually to make a tight
dough. Apply Oil over dough cover and rest it for 15 minute
( Maida me zaroorat hisaab pani dalen aur shakht aata goond
len , tail laga ker 15 minute dhakker rakhen )

*** For filling ***
– Heat oil in pan add onion and saute till light brown
( Tail ko pan garam hone de pyaaz ko halka brown hone tak
pakayen )
-Add mutton mince cook for while , add ginger garlic paste,
salt , corainder powder , turmeric powder ,garam masala ,
red chilli powder , gree chilli paste cook while mixing well.
-Add water now cover and cook for 15 minutes
– add lemon juice and coriander leaves mix it well

*** For fry ***
– Roll dough in circular shape put mince mixure over it
wrap it properly and fry till golden from all side
– Serve with mint chutny
