Ramzan Special Tandoori Chicken Boti Rolls Recipe | इफ्तार में तंदूरी चिकन बोटी रोल्स ज़रूर बनाए

INGREDIENTS:-

For the Chicken Marinade
Chicken: Boneless chicken cut into small pieces (boti)
Mustard Oil: 1 tbsp
Tandoori Masala: 1 tbsp
Kasuri Methi: 1 tsp
Curd (Yogurt): 2 tbsp
Salt: Around 1 tsp (or to taste)
Coriander Powder: 1 tsp
Red Chili Powder: 1 tsp
Kashmiri Mirch Powder: To taste/color
Cumin (Jeera) Powder
Black Pepper Powder
Ginger-Garlic Paste: 1 tbsp
Garam Masala: A small amount for fragrance

For the Dough
Refined Flour (Maida): 1 cup
Salt: 1 small tsp
Carom Seeds (Ajwain): 1 small tsp
Ghee: 2 tbsp
Water: As needed to make a soft dough

For the Filling (Post-Cooking)
Garlic: 2 cloves, finely chopped
Green Chilies: 2, finely chopped
Fresh Coriander: Finely chopped
Cheese: Grated (to taste)

Additional Ingredients
Paste for Sealing: A mix of 1 tbsp Cornflour, 1 tbsp Refined Flour, and water.
Oil: For sautéing the chicken and for deep/shallow frying the rolls.
