Ingredients:
1 Cup Buttermilk
4 Chicken Thigh Pieces
2 Cups All Purpose Flour
1 tsp pink Himalayan salt or regular salt
2 tsp pepper
2 tsp paprika
1 pack of dry ranch dressing mix
Directions:
1. Place chicken in a large bowl, and cover with buttermilk. Place the bowl in a refrigerator and chill for one hour or overnight.
2. Mix flour, salt, pepper, paprika, and 1 pack of dry ranch dressing mix in a large zip-lock bag. Mix together.
3. Remove chicken from the buttermilk and season with salt and pepper. Place chicken pieces in the bag with the flour and evenly coat each piece with the flour mixture.
4. When you remove the chicken from the flour mixture, make sure to shake off any excess flour.
5. Place the ranch chicken in the air fryer for twenty-five minutes at 400 F.
6. At the 12-minute mark, flip the ranch chicken thighs over.
