  1. I know I'm too late for the contest but that's okay too but I was wondering can you put Philadelphia Cream Cheese in smoothies I'm not sure if I like marce Capone never had it I'm new to the ketogenic diet so I don't really know all the ins-and-outs of everything I'm doing kind of a lazy Keto but hopefully you'll have more videos and then I cannot see my old ones too to get some help thank you and God bless

  2. I know this is a year and some change old but it totally saved me and you crack me up too. It's so hot here so it's perfection. I did use MCT oil but still amazing. Thanks! I'm going to sub you. My videos aren't as good. I'm getting better though. I have so much to lose. I'm down 30 lbs so far.

  3. I made one using 3/4 cup almond milk (unsweetened, less than 1 carb per cup) and a quarter cup heavy whipping cream (1 carb per tablespoon) 1 tablespoon coconut oil and 3 1/2 teaspoon stevia. Was delicious. I tried your recipe too, absolutely delicious thanks for sharing!

  4. i love adding vanilla protein powder, dark cocoa powder and a squirt of sugar free hazelnut syrup and having it with a little whipped cream on top. it is very similar to the Starbucks iced hazelnut chocolate drink which was my favorite pre keto Starbucks drink (ice, almond milk, protein powder, sweetener, cocoa powder, hazelnut syrup, cream/mascarpone, coconut oil and then cream to top)
