  1. I would recommend the broiler for the last 5 mins of cooking or flip them and go for 10 mins in the broiler to brown the outside and get another layer of flavor. Or maybe they would also be good cooked in a smoker?

  2. Love your work Kevmo but could it be possible that these are Italian American meatballs? The Italian meatballs I know from Italy are called polpette and have beef, parsley, garlic, salt, pepper, grated parmesan, breadcrumbs and egg. Give it a try sometime and keep up the great work!
