  1. Yes, Greek yogurt generally has a higher concentration of lactic acid than regular yogurt…..That’s why Greek yogurt is the yogurt to use when marinating…it will tenderize the meat much more than regular yogurt.

  2. Hey man, great video. A quick note on your spices and sauces. Specifically the one's you get at the shops. In some situations it can be quite difficult to get your hands on those spices and sauces. A video recommendation: A fully dedicated video on homemade spice blends and (shop)sauces that you regularly use. This way those who can't get their hands on those spices and sauces can make an alternative and can experience the same flavours that you create. Great showcase and walkthrough. Nice work.

  3. Woah! So glad you came back with a revised version of this. I've tried almost every single recipe on the internet to no avail. I will check back and see this it like what we actually get on the carts. Really interesting changes here!

  4. Bro the rice you made was very much latino style this was NOT middle eastern rice. Sazon? Chipotle seasoning? It looks good probably tastes good but with all due respect these are NOT arabic or middle eastern seasonings whatsoever.

    Much love, much respect.
