Ingredients:
Mutton: 1 kg
Salt: 1 tsp
Clarified butter (ghee): 1/2 cup
Whole onion: 1
Whole tomatoes: 2
Green chilies: 4
Whole garlic: 1 bulb
Ginger: 6 slices
Black pepper: 1 tsp

Method:
Place the mutton in a pot and rub it well with salt. Let it marinate for 30 minutes.
Heat the ghee in a large pot (handi), then add the marinated mutton.
Add the whole onion, whole tomatoes, whole green chilies, whole garlic bulb, ginger slices, and black pepper to the pot.
Seal the handi with a dough lid to trap the steam and cook on medium heat.
Once it starts to simmer, reduce the flame to low and cook for about 45 minutes, or until the mutton becomes tender.
Serve hot with naan or your favorite bread.
